The Crawley Choi Kwang Do Little Ninjas are our 9 to 12yr old group and Mini Ninjas is our 4 to 8 yrs group. This dedicated group work hard and play harder. Choi Kwang Do improves their motor skills, gives them more stamina, better co-ordination plus a significant increase in self-confidence; but possibly one of the greatest benefits is that it’s FUN!
